Minter Dialogue with Matt Phelan

Matt Phelan is an investor, advisor and entrepreneur, having successfully cofounded and sold his 4Ps Marketing Agency. In 2014, he cofounded The Happiness Index, using technology and data to give employees and customers a voice to help transform organisations. In this podcast, Matt reveals a scoop as we discuss the importance and opportunities for business to explore happiness, using data and insights. We look at how to measure happiness, how to view and garner employee engagement and why companies ought to be employee first. A stimulating conversation on an important topic.

Music credit: The jingle at the beginning of the show is courtesy of my friend, Pierre Journel, author of the Guitar Channel. And, the new sign-off music is “A Convinced Man,” a song I co-wrote and recorded with Stephanie Singer back in the late 1980s (please excuse the quality of the sound!).
