Minter Dialogue with Molly Kellogg
Molly Kellogg is the President and CEO of Hubbard-Hall, a specialty chemicals business that was founded in 1849. As the 6th generation head of the family business, Molly Kellogg is shepherding Hubbard-Hall through change, not least through the challenges of the pandemic. In this conversation, we discuss her leadership style, how she has led the company through a transformational journey, lessons learned and how and why purpose has been an important part of their success, as well as how ice hockey has played an important part in Molly’s life.

Music credit: The jingle at the beginning of the show is courtesy of my friend, Pierre Journel, author of the Guitar Channel. And, the new sign-off music is “A Convinced Man,” a song I co-wrote and recorded with Stephanie Singer back in the late 1980s (please excuse the quality of the sound!).
