This interview, recorded on November 22, 2013, is with the trilingual Nao Sato, President and CEO of Warp Japan, a digital agency based in Tokyo, Japan.  I was introduced to Nao by Alain Soulas (merci!), investor, entrepreneur and co-founder of the luxury flash sales company, Glamour-Sales China (co-founded with Thibaut Villet).  On my latest trip, I had the good fortune to catch up with Nao and talk about the Japanese digital market, the eternal issue of global brands who want and need to localize in Japan, as well as some of the challenges of social media and search in Japanese.  Enjoy the show!
