Minter Dialogue with Caspar Craven

Caspar Craven is an adventurer, entrepreneur and speaker. He is also author of “Where the Magic Happens, How a Young Family Changed Their Lives and Sailed Around the World.” Having sailed around the world twice, once with his entire family, Caspar draws on his experience as an entrepreneur and adventurous sailor to help companies and their leadership build winning teams. In this conversation, Caspar recounts his amazing journey, some of the key lessons learned, and what business executives can take away to help build powerful, collaborative teams.
