About it

Bringing more meaningful conversation into business

On 21 February 2024, Helen Rantsevitch and I brought 38 contributors together in London, from senior executives and scientists to psychologists, coaches, founders and artists. Sponsored by dunnhumby, with Global Tech Advocates Future of Work, we looked at what Meaningful Communication is and how to bring more of it into business.

The goal is practical: more effective teams and a thriving culture. By engaging in more meaningful communication, teams tackle some of the more important topics for the long-term health of the business, and build more meaningful relationships.
