His latest book is Scramble, How agile strategy can build epic brands in record time. In this conversation with Marty, we talk about the creative process of converting a business book into a business thriller and the process of self-publishing. On the business side, we look at what are the keys to making an agile strategy work, the importance of design and new leadership skills, and how important the role of the Board is in today’s business world.
