Minter Dialogue with Charlene Li

Charlene Li is the founder & senior fellow of Altimeter, a Prophet Company, giving business leaders the insights to thrive in the face of change. Charlene’s a celebrated keynote speaker and has written or co-authored six books, the last of which is The Disruption Mindset that was just announced as an award-winning finalist. In this interview with Charlene, we discuss how disruption itself has changed, when or if you can get too big to be disrupted, the role of bravery and how to go about changing culture in your enterprise.

Please send me your questions — as an audio file if you’d like — to nminterdial@gmail.com. Otherwise, below, you’ll find the show notes and, of course, you are invited to comment. If you liked the podcast, please take a moment to go over to iTunes to rate it.

Music credit: The jingle at the beginning of the show is courtesy of my friend, Pierre Journel, author of the Guitar Channel. And, the new sign-off music is “A Convinced Man,” a song I co-wrote and recorded with Stephanie Singer back in the late 1980s (please excuse the quality of the sound!).
