You wonder with all the talk about Artificial Intelligence (AI) how someone hasn’t come up with a way to check for whopping spelling mistakes and errors. The BBC published a report after the Liverpool-Tottenham match (March 31) and the caption under the video was a jumble of code and text. It’s a simple error (because they kept the HTML text rather than convert it to normal text). Anyway, surely there’ll be a time when AI will automatically catch such mistakes? If you’re a publisher, I’d certainly be tasking my AI around that! [Hint to a startupper?]

And if you want to know who won…. it was Liverpool (2-1) thanks to a howling error from the Tottenham goalie.
