Minter Dialogue with Yetunde Hofmann

Yetunde Hofmann is a portfolio NED, speaker, advisor, founder of Solaris, an executive leadership development programme for black professional women, as well as author of the book, Beyond Engagement: The Value of Love-Based Leadership in Organisations (on Amazon), which came out in August 2020. In this conversation, with her background in HR in major global corporations, we discuss how and why to bring the concept of love into the workplace, even in the board room. We look at what is love, how does it translate into work, what is tough love and many more very powerful notions.

Please send me your questions — as an audio file if you’d like — to nminterdial@gmail.com. Otherwise, below, you’ll find the show notes and, of course, you are invited to comment. If you liked the podcast, please take a moment to rate it here.

Music credit: The jingle at the beginning of the show is courtesy of my friend, Pierre Journel, author of the Guitar Channel. And, the new sign-off music is “A Convinced Man,” a song I co-wrote and recorded with Stephanie Singer back in the late 1980s (please excuse the quality of the sound!).
