I'm Minter Dial and I serve my clients by elevating the debate and energy, telling powerful stories and connecting people and ideas. My mission is to insert more meaningfulness into our lives and at work. I relish being an engaging professional speaker on leadership, transformation and branding. I'm known for being someone who walks the talk and delivers on or above expectations.

I'm the author of six books, four of them award-winning: You Lead (Kogan Page), winner of the Business Book Award 2022; the second edition of Heartificial Empathy (April 2023, available in English and French); Futureproof (FT-Press/Pearson), winner of the Business Book Award 2018; and the WWII story The Last Ring Home, also an award-winning documentary film that I produced. With Lena Rantsevich, I co-wrote Making Empathy Count and Meaningful Communication.

I also write Dialogos, Fostering More Meaningful Conversations, an online publication on Substack that I published weekly for 79 weeks, free to read.
