Presently, the senior editor, digital at Deutsche Welle, Esra has worked as a consultant for the BBC, as a new media analyst for Al Jazeera all while having started off her career as a high level ice hockey player. In this conversation, we discuss the challenges of transformation in media companies, how to create and distribute powerful content, how to lead change, and how to make training more effective.
