Minter Dialogue with John Jeffcock
John Jeffcock is founder and CEO of Winmark, an EdTech business that includes 16 C-Suite networks with 700 multinationals across 18 countries. He’s also a decorated former captain in the British Army. We discuss his recently published book, “The Suite Spot: Reaching, Leading and Delivering the C-Suite,” by Bloomsbury Press. We explore his work at Winmark, how being an officer in the army informed his leadership style, what defines success, the profound importance of governance, ethical frameworks, purpose and much more.

Music credit: The jingle at the beginning of the show is courtesy of my friend, Pierre Journel, author of the Guitar Channel. And, the new sign-off music is “A Convinced Man,” a song I co-wrote and recorded with Stephanie Singer back in the late 1980s (please excuse the quality of the sound!).
