Alicia Dunams is an international leadership speaker and peacemaker. She is a leading expert in facilitating difficult conversations and resolving conflicts in multiple settings, including the workplace, school, and home. With more than 20 years of experience working as an executive coach, with certifications as a mediator, and diversity and inclusion specialist, she actively serves on the communication board of a restorative justice nonprofit. She’s also author the brand new, “How to Talk to Your Enemies, 101 Ways to Turn Hostility into Peace.” In this conversation, we discuss her multicultural background, the line between having conviction and suppliance to listen, how to talk to your enemies, conscious living and much more.

He’s author of four award-winning books, including Heartificial Empathy, Putting Heart into Business and Artificial Intelligence (2nd edition) (2023); You Lead, How Being Yourself Makes You A Better Leader (Kogan Page 2021); co-author of Futureproof, How To Get Your Business Ready For The Next Disruption (Pearson 2017); and author of The Last Ring Home (Myndset Press 2016), a book and documentary film, both of which have won awards and critical acclaim.
