Minter Dialogue with Andy Lopata
Andy Lopata is an acclaimed professional relationships strategist, who has written four books on networking. Both Forbes.com and The Independent called him ‘a true master of networking’. In 2020, Andy published two books: Connected Leadership, How Professional Relationships Underpin Executive Success and Just Ask: Why Seeking Support is Your Greatest Strength. In this conversation, we discuss the problem of professional relationships, how personal can or should they be, how to build trust and build valuable connections.

Music credit: The jingle at the beginning of the show is courtesy of my friend, Pierre Journel, author of the Guitar Channel. And, the new sign-off music is “A Convinced Man,” a song I co-wrote and recorded with Stephanie Singer back in the late 1980s (please excuse the quality of the sound!).
